An Untrained Palette and Unrefined Journalism

So one thing I've toyed with the idea of doing was being a bit of a food critic, however I have never worked on refining my palette and I have no idea of the proper style to write a review. So instead of learning those things and working my way to doing it properly I'm just going to cannonball myself into the realm of casual food critiquing. I might not put something up for a while, and I'll try to avoid doing articles on corporate restaurant chains, so we'll see how this goes. Another limiting factor will be the fact that I challenged myself to be a Pescetarian for the rest of the year starting after Easter, with eight exemptions where I can eat meat for a day. I guess for two-thousand eleven this blog will consist of a mostly vegetarian review with a few articles on fish. Well I guess all I can say is see you guys when I find something to do a review on, until then.
